Thank you for visiting our website. We welcome our regular and new guests to our Wilderness Camping Site. We offer large, spacious areas for your tents or travel trailers. All of our sites have their own campfire, fire rings and picnic tables.
No trip to Maine is complete without experiencing the natural beauty of the North Maine Woods. Let Land Camping take you there. The Land Camping is situated in rustic, wooded acres along the banks of the East Branch of the Pleasant River just north of Brownville Junction, Maine. Being centrally located, we are within easy reach to many attractions…where you can hike, swim, shop and dine. We are conveniently located:
- 3 miles from the KI Entrance
- 15 miles from Jo-Mary
- 30 miles south of Millinocket
- 30 miles north of Dover-Foxcroft
And we are only 7/10 miles from The Junction Store where you can take in concerts and movies in the large Pine Theatre. We are 2 1/2 miles from the Station Market and The General Store & More for food, supplies, and your favorite beverage. Or just relax at the Land Camping while you enjoy the sights and sounds of nature.
